Moideen & Max, or 'M&M' for short, is a young, driven and dynamic boutique law firm founded by Muhammad Faisal Moideen and Maximilian Tai in 2011.
Both Faisal and Max were formerly practising law at Shook Lin & Bok, Kuala Lumpur and between them offer a wealth of legal experience. The inception of Moideen & Max has given them the opportunity to focus on more specialized areas of practice which they individually excel in. These areas of expertise complement one another, making Moideen & Max an all rounded practice.
Moideen & Max offer an integrated solution for all legal needs on wide areas of the law ranging from construction and arbitration, employment, constitutional and administrative law, and general dispute resolution. Our counsel provides our clients, both large and small, the stability and confidence they need to grow their business.
Unparalleled commitment and integrity form the cornerstone of Moideen & Max. We deliver results with fast turnaround times and ensure that we provide our clients with the personal attention they deserve. We take great pride in our work and do everything in our means to secure the outcome that our clients seek.
We are big on resources and results but remain small by design. It allows us to give our clients attention, to carefully consider their legal needs and to deliver practical solutions catered specially to those needs. Thus, we are a one-stop center where our clients can find the resources of a big firm and the flexibility of a boutique firm.
We believe that our approach sets us apart as a progressive law firm, and we are constantly seeking new ways to innovate and improve our services.
